We will gladly exchange or refund an item, if returned in its original packaging (at customers expense). Unsoiled and unused within 14 days of receipt.

When returning a product, we recommend that you obtain a Despatch Certificate from the Post Office which will cover you for insurance purposes and also acts as proof of posting (should your item go missing!) The cost is approximately 60p to cover you for goods up to the value of £100.

We are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Used goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974)
