HEEL IT

Excellent barrier against wet and mud and against heel mites

Heelit is a strong, natural unguent made from a unique blend of balsamic waxes and plant extracts known for their ability to protect your horse. Heelit soothes irritation, helps maintain skin health and can also help certain conditions that affect the head. It is an excellent barrier against the wet and mud and helps prevent the onset of problems caused by muddy conditions. Heelit has also been used with great success to eradicate heel mite infestation on the Household Cavalry Drum horses.

Used around the outside of the hoof, pastern, coronary band, inside the hoof wall, around the frog and heel, 'Heelit' protects and disinfects. At the same time it helps the tubular structure of the horn to become more supple and resilient. This reduces splitting and cracks, helping the revitalised hoof to act as a better shock absorber. Heelit is easy to use and does not require a special shampoo to remove it.
