 1.  Firstly you need to register, if you haven't registered already click here to do so. You will then need to login and proceed to step 2.

2. Click Sell, a category list will then appear, choose your category say you would like to sell your 15.2hh horse, click on horses 15hh, your listing format will then be displayed, click on classified ad.

3. Select item location and then click on the next button.

4. Fill in your classified title and the price required for your item,  with regards to payment click on invoice as you are posting a classified advert and do not need any other check out information, you can of course fill in your paypal details if you wish to be paid for your sale this way, to complete this page you need to proceed to item description and fill in your adverts relevant details. Click next.

5. Fill in the relevant form:

Start date: leave blank and your advert will be posted straight away.
End date:   This is a requirement, the maximum time you can currently leave your advert on is for 10 years.
Auto Re-list: You do not need to fill this is for a classified advert.
Hit Counter: Choose a hit counter if you would like one
Listings Enhancements: Optional (Click here for fee prices)
Picture: Upload your picture to go with your advert, you can list additional pictures if you require. Click next you can then preview your listing. Click post listing to post your listing, if you want to make any changes, you can edit your picture once you have posted it.

To Trade & Swap: (How to trade and swap your equestrian/canine items)



 1.  Firstly you need to register, if you haven't registered already click here to do so. You will then need to login and proceed to step 2.

2. Click Sell, a category list will then appear, choose the trade/swap category, your listing format will then be displayed, click on trade/swap.

3. Select item location and then click on the next button.

4. Fill in your trade/swap title and the quantity to complete this page you need to proceed to item description and fill in your adverts relevant details. Click next.

5. Fill in the relevant form:
Start date: leave blank and your advert will be posted straight away.
End date:   This is a requirement, the maximum time you can currently leave your advert on is for 10 years.
Auto Re-list: You do not need to fill this is for a classified advert.

To Auction: (How to auction your items)

To list items for auction, you must first go to Sell,  then select

Depending on the site configuration, the following fields may also be optional:

The following options are optional and only available for Traditional Auctions:

Some item categories may require additional information. For example, a category called "Textbooks" may require the seller to include the ISBN or edition.

Adding Images - You can add images when you list an item. You can also edit a listing to include additional images.

Images must be in .jpg or .gif format.

To upload an image (from the 'Sell an Item' form):

  1. Click "Browse"
  2. Locate the image file on your computer
  3. Select the file name
  4. Click "Open"

To change an image (from the 'Sell an Item' form):

  1. Check the box marked "Delete"
  2. Click "Browse"
  3. Locate the image file on your computer
  4. Select the file name
  5. Click "Open"
The images that you choose for your listing can be interchanged. If you do not like the original image order, you can rearrange them by changing their sequence number.
 
Edit a Listing - Complete listing information can be edited IF:

If a listing has received bids or one of multiple items have sold, the following changes can be made:

To Edit a listing:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Access your My Account/My Auctions menu
  3. Select the "Selling" tab
  4. Select [edit item]
  5. Make changes to available fields
  6. Click the button "Save Changes"

 

Cancel a Listing - There are two ways to cancel an active listing. You can:

To End a listing early (immediately):

  1. login to your account
  2. Access your My Account/My Auctions menu
  3. Select the "Selling" tab
  4. Select [edit item]
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Item page
  6. Type the word "End" into the appropriate text field
  7. Click the button "End Early"

To Delete a listing (immediately):

  1. login to your account
  2. Access your My Account/My Auctions menu
  3. Select the "Selling" tab
  4. Select [edit item]
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Item page
  6. Type the word "Delete" into the appropriate text field
  7. Click the button "Delete Item"
